Open Question: Think im feeling depressed?

ive been seeing this girl for like 2 weeks, long story short she is a bacpacker and she is moving states in like 7-8 days. i have grown an attachment towards her, i dont want her to leave but at the same time i respect her and whatever she chooses to do.. so comming to terms with the fact that she wont be around forever is kinda driving me insane! like i have absolutely no desire to work ( i have taken this week off ) , my diet had been poor, ive stopped going gym.. the only thing that is keeping me going is my birthday in thailand that is all i have to look forward too, i also still have joy seeing my friends.. but i dont want to go out anywhere or think of other girls. i feel im in a serious funk i dont know how this girl has got me so caught up... and how can i get out of this donward spiral...
